Monasterium Laboratory is based in Münster, Germany, and is a research company specializing in pre-clinical and clinical services in dermatology for therapeutics, cosmeceutical, and nutraceutical applications, offering among other clinically relevant ex vivo and in vivo pre-clinical models and state-of-the-art techniques. Job Description:

As an IT specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced IT team, gaining hands-on experience in various IT-related tasks. This role is designed to provide you with valuable real-world experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support: Assist in providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a smooth operation of IT systems.
  2. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating computer systems, performing hardware upgrades, and installing software updates.
  3. Network Support: Help with network configurations, ensuring connectivity, and troubleshooting network-related issues.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and support tickets.

Job requirements

Qualifications:
